Come and work with a group of passionate women and men, proud to be pioneers and above all proud to make the world move forward.Fives Intralogistics S.p.A., azienda multinazionale leader nella progettazione, realizzazione, avviamento e assistenza di impianti e macchine per la movimentazione e lo smistamento automatico nel mercato dei corrieri, postale, della distribuzione ed e-commerce, in un'ottica di consolidamento della propria divisione Operation ricerca un/una:PROJECT RESOURCE PLANNERLa figura individuata, inserita nell'ufficio PMO (Project management Office ) a diretto riporto del Chief Operating Officer, e responsabile dello sviluppo della pianificazione delle risorse aziendali destinate ai progetti, che svolge in seguito alla misurazione e comprensione del livello di occupazione delle stesse e dei programmi di avan-progetto ricevuti dal Sales Planner. La gestione delle risorse nei progetti (project resource planning) e un elemento chiave del project management. Assicura che un progetto abbia accesso alle risorse necessarie (staff, facilities etc.) in ogni momento. E' un processo strettamente correlato con lo sviluppo degli schedule e dei piani di costo.Nello specifico, i compiti del project resource planner sono:Predisporre la pianificazione delle risorse Aziendali attraverso la redazione del Master Plan in collaborazione con il sales Planner per la parte di progetti da acquisire e con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei progetti interni per fornire al Management aziendale un'indicazione strategica della necessita di risorse;Preparare statistiche, report e simulazioni sull'occupazione presente e futura delle risorse;Cooperare con i Project Manager e i Planner di Progetto alla pianificazione dei progetti predisponendo template di schedule standard per cluster di progetti dalle caratteristiche simili;Comprendere la costituzione a medio termine dei team di progetto, che richiede un coordinamento continuo tra i project manager e i responsabili di funzione sulla disponibilita di personale per il lavoro di progetto (gestione delle risorse tattica);Autorizzare il congelamento degli schedule di baseline prodotti dai PM;Raccogliere i principali dati di avanzamento dai progetti per raffinare le stime delle durate standard e delle risorse da applicare;Supportare il PM nella determinazione degli impatti sugli schedule delle modifiche / varianti di progetto;Classificare e mantenere un archivio di risorse e definire un processo e le best practice per la loro allocazione;Individuare e prospettare i necessari aggiornamenti informatici agli strumenti di pianificazione.ProfilIl/la candidato/a ideale e in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:- Laurea in ingegneria o cultura equivalente;- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;- Comprovata esperienza nella posizione, maturata all'interno di contesti operanti su commessa a livello internazionale;- Approfondita conoscenza dei software di pianificazione risorse (Microsoft Project, Project Server e Project Online ed equivalenti) e gestionali (ERP ), oltre che dei software del pacchetto Office;- Familiarita con i processi e i metodi di Project Management;- Capacita di relazionarsi con piu interlocutori e di instaurare rapporti interpersonali, in particolare con i colleghi dell'ufficio PMO che si occupano del Cost estimating e del Controllo avanzamento dei progetti.#J-18808-Ljbffr
