DEMAND PLANNER EUROPE (M/W) . Reporting to the Europe zone Business Planner, you will be in charge of the following missions:
Demand Forecast
Built and run monthly demand forecast (Retail + E-commerce + Wholesale) at SKU/Collection/Forecasting country level
Collaborate with each country to sharpen the forecast and co-validate at a monthly basis
Prepare and participate at S&OP meetings
Consolidate Best Estimate
Guarantee alignment between Budget and Forecast
Track Forecast KPIs (Demand accuracy, Bias…)
Reportings
Sales and stock analysis (direct and indirect)
Product performance analysis, especially on best sellers
Novelties follow up
Ad hoc analysis
Continuous improvement
Define and implement new tools
Improve existing tools on Excel & PowerBI
Key user Anaplan Forecasting tool
Profile
Education: Master’s degree
Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in Demand Planning or within a Supply Chain department
Skills: Analytical, rigorous, reliable, Interpersonal skills, proactive, team player, ability to convince and work with different stakeholders, product sensibility
Languages: Fluent in English, German/Spanish/French would be a plus
IT skills: good command of Excel, PowerBI, Anaplan is a plus
