Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source qualified candidates for scent consultant and showroom manager positions. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong and diverse candidate pipeline to meet the high-volume hiring needs of our stores. Track and manage candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS). Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process. Collaboration: Partner with store managers to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless interview process. Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume retail recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
