Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source qualified candidates for scent consultant and showroom manager positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong and diverse candidate pipeline to meet the high-volume hiring needs of our stores. Track and manage candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS). Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process. Collaboration: Partner with store managers to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless interview process. Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume retail recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment. Skills: Strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
