* Issue Certificates of insurance

* Assemble policy documents and prepare them for delivery to the client

* Accessing carrier websites, retrieve and attach policy and related documents

* Order motor vehicle reports (MVR)

* Order loss run reports

* Update various schedules in Microsoft Word and Excel, or Applied Agency Management System

* Scan and attach (barcode or copier/scanner) paper documents

* Print documents as needed to assist team members

* Regularly assist and back up as needed for front desk receptionist

* Routine and ad-hoc clerical or support assignments for individuals or departments as needed

**Education and/or Experience**

* High school diploma or equivalent, required

* One to three years office experience preferred, minimum of one year office experience required.

* Knowledge of commercial insurance is a plus.

**Computer Skills** **:**

* Basic PC skills including accurate typing, Microsoft products, Internet and email.

* Advanced knowledge of Excel is helpful

* Knowledge of Agency Management System is helpful

**Other Qualifications:**

* Must be organized, detail oriented, and efficient with excellent verbal and written communication.

* Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude.

* Must have a high level of problem-solving including effective note taking and self-review.
