In the role of Associate Director Agile Transformation, you will lead, analyze, and execute the overall Agile strategy across the Operations & Enterprise Systems organization. You will ensure that the organization is consistently and continuously applying the use of Agile frameworks and methods to build inertia for the expansion of agile across all delivery teams. You will partner with delivery leaders to drive agile transformation in support of faster solution delivery that impacts patients and their communities for the better. You will be accountable for scrum master and agile vendor engagements, program execution and agile coach alignment. In this role you will be responsible for: Implementing the overall agile strategy for the organization Promoting the success of Agile expansion through engaging leaders and stakeholders providing progress reports to leaders on Agile expansion, blockers, and successes. Consulting with delivery leaders to support their Agile expansion and allocate resources, as needed. Onboarding and training Agile coaches including ownership of guidelines for transitioning Agile coaches on and off Agile teams. Providing strategic guidance, issue escalation and resolution, and thought leadership to delivery teams through team of Agile coaches. Supporting multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring that initiatives are on track, appropriately resourced and risks and issues are appropriately managed. Establishing and monitoring key metrics that support deployment of Agile methodology, scaling and enablement. Develop and implement mitigations for any under-performing metrics. Developing and implementing policies and programs as necessary to support Agile expansion. Effectively partnering with Service Providers and other BTS organizations and process owners to establish Agile standards to ensure alignment and the expansion of Agile. Tools and skills you will use in this role: Scrum Master Certification - either CSM, or PSM I, or PMI-ACP. Scrum Scaling Certification - either SPS (Nexus), or SAFe (SA or SPC) Qualifications

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role: Required Bachelor’s Degree w/9 years’ experience, or Master’s Degree w/8 years’ experience or PhD w/4 years’ experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration. 9 years of Agile experience, playing the roles of team member and/or Scrum Master.
