Description

Position Purpose:

The Digital Strategy Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the content of the websites and other digital marketing channels of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College. This includes supervising the digital content creators; developing content marketing strategies, including SEO; designing, creating and testing innovative, responsive and engaging layouts and web pages; reporting; and contributing to various digital marketing projects as needed to ensure that all content lines up with the vision of the ministry.

Essential Duties:
  • Obtain direction from the Digital Marketing Manager and provide direction to team members.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of the content marketing strategies of AWM and Charis.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies, and Marketing Campaign teams to create responsive web layouts and pages, emails, templates, and other digital products as assigned.
  • Monitor digital marketing outlets to ensure content quality and consistency throughout different marketing channels. Develop strategies to improve content quality and user engagement.
  • Develop visual mockups and user experiences that can be mapped and streamlined to influence user behavior and interactivity.
  • Capture and analyze key metrics and insights regarding user behavior, interaction, and experience, and present strategic recommendations.
  • Utilize the accrued data to provide users with a dynamic and pleasant experience, as a result improving click-through, conversions, and other key metrics.
  • Act as an advocate for the user in all conversations when collaborating with developers, Marketing Team and other parties involved in the design and implementation processes.
  • Attend occasional seminars and seek other avenues for continual learning.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Smartsheet, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop or other media editing software
  • Experience in developing website layouts and graphics-oriented themes
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, SEO, and Pixel codes for links and tracking. Knowledge of appropriate exploring, prototyping and testing tools.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and techniques
  • Able to estimate effort required and timelines for the completion of tasks
  • Able to generate grammatically correct, clear, and efficient written communications.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (graphics/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing, UX, user behavior, digital engagement, and A/B testing principles.
  • Able to collect website data, analyze, and present strategic recommendations
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Able to generate grammatically correct, clear, and efficient written communication
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Experience with Google Drive Smartsheets, and/or digital file organization and sharing.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Experience in content creation a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must sign The Statement of Faith
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent education/experience is required.
  • Must possess a portfolio showcasing previous work and accomplishments
  • Must pass a background check if applicable
Experience:
  • Minimum of three years experience in Digital Marketing, UX Development, or related role.
  • Experience in non-profit online marketing is preferred but not a requirement
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience
