The ideal candidate is detail oriented, hardworking, dependable, a fast learner and knows how to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare the month-end and year-end close process, including month-end journal entries and reconciliationPrepare and oversee balance sheet reconciliationsContribute to our monthly flux analysis and provide variance analysis for expense accountsDevelop systems and processes to optimize scalability, efficiency, and internal controlsApply GAAP to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accountsWork with the Accounting team to ensure completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets sub-ledger, lease accounting, prepaid expenses and accruals and cashAssist in developing and maintaining the Companys accounting policies and procedures as we expandWork closely in general corporate accounting matters and ad hoc projects or request.Help verify, allocate, and prepare general ledger entries for reconciling account balancesLiaison with external auditors for requests and inquiriesPrepare supporting work papers for consolidated financial statementsHelp analyze and summarize financial informationConduct accounting research as necessaryPerform analysis for management reportsPerform analysis for financial statement preparation items that relate to the departmentRespond to other department revenue requests as neededRequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA a plus4+ years of relevant accounting experienceGeneral Ledger experienceExceptional understanding of US GAAPAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP systemStrong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in changing situationsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completionAbility to build relationships and work cross-functionally across multiple teamsBenefitsIncredible Medical, Vision and Dental benefitsCompetitive salary, based on experience401(k)Unlimited PTOCasual dress and laid-back work environmentFun, fitness and health orientated environmentF45 is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
