**Job description** **:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Go to Market Leader to lead and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and initiatives within our organization. As the Salesforce Go to Market Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs and exceed client expectations. Your expertise in Salesforce technology, project management, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving project objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** + Project Delivery Management:Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. + Offer Management:Work closely with the sales and business development teams to review and assess project proposals and ensure that they align with the organization's capabilities and strategic objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competitive and compelling project offers, taking into account the scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements. + Client Engagement and GTM:Aligns with Capgemini’s leaders to drive our Salesforce practice growth in-line with yearly business plan objectives. Supports our Marketing and Alliances leadership in their effort to design and deploy impactful marketing and demand generation tactics aligned on our GTM priorities. Participate in client discussions and presentations to showcase the organization's Salesforce practice capabilities and tailor offerings to meet specific client needs.Acts as Thought Leader ensuring increased synergies across Capgemini service lines – Represents our Salesforce competencies in pitches with strategic accounts. Sponsors Key Account planning and Co-Sell (with Salesforce) execution. Works with BU’s and Tower Leads to drive new business / joint success on prioritized accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and understanding their business needs and requirements.Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients and team members on Salesforce best practices, solutions, and opportunities for process improvements.Handle client escalations and work towards resolution in a professional and efficient manner. + Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Salesforce professionals, encouraging collaboration, skill development, and high performance.Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team members to enhance their capabilities and growth.Manages billable utilization for the team to the defined targets for the practice. + Project Staffing:Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to identify and recruit top Salesforce professionals, including administrators, developers, and consultants.Assess project resource requirements and allocate the right talent to projects based on their skills, expertise, and availability.Plan and coordinate training and upskilling initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Salesforce team members. Collaborates with the Salesforce Global leadership to validate learning and development objectives – Leverages our learning and development assets and curriculum to ensure that Salesforce practice areas meet and exceed alliance certification targets.Implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet project demands. + Salesforce Expertise:Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce developments, updates, and features, and apply that knowledge to enhance project outcomes and recommend innovative solutions.Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive successful project deliveries. Leads the way driving global collaboration, connecting US based center of excellence Salesforce leaders to subject matter experts across regions. Helps accelerate knowledge sharing on international clients. + Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement within the Salesforce practice, optimizing project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.Work with the leadership team to establish and implement best practices for Salesforce project management. + Quality Assurance:Ensure that Salesforce projects adhere to quality standards and comply with established guidelines and protocols.Perform regular audits and reviews of project deliverables to ensure they align with client requirements and project objectives. **Required Skills:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. + Proven experience (typically 10 years) in successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects. + Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. + Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. + In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members. + Demonstrated experience in handling complex client relationships and managing client expectations. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients. + Project management expertise with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
