This role offers an opportunity to gain Finance and Reporting Experience through the delivery of the below: Responsibilities: Determine monthly variances and perform analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts. Provide support as needed with internal and external audit requests. Complete accounting routines related to internal sales to support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings & reporting. Complete assigned monthly and quarterly account reconciliations according to established criteria. Participate and support Controllership reviews and reporting package analysis. Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders and customers such as tax, supply chain, commercial, pricing, inventory, & customer service. Support accounting and finance team with manual journal entries and ad hoc requests as needed. Generate manual invoices for the business as needed when e-billing and other intercompany invoicing is not applicable. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele. Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization. Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.
