Description and Requirements
Lenovo is looking for a North America Inside Sales Director who will be responsible for generating sales and working across all NA accounts. This candidate will manage a large organization of Inside Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives in selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound methods.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader, who thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit and insists on the highest standards in driving customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Leader is hands-on, regularly engaging with both managers and individual contributors during key parts of the sales process to win and retain accounts. They develop and drive the culture of winning across all segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategy to increase pipeline opportunities
Build complex sales strategy to ensure long term and short term goals, objects and quotas are met
Compile and analyze data to find trends in a quickly scaling industry
Develop sales strategy and set goals to grow key opportunity areas
Attract, hire, develop and retain top sales talent
Create and implement sales programs and tools that motivate teams to perform at their highest levels
Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Basic Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
8+ years of sales experience
5+ years of sales management experience
Preferred Requirements:
Ability to hire and scale sales organizations
Experience building detailed business plans and go-to-market strategies
Experience crafting complex sales proposals
Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment
Experience selling to the C-suite
Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case
Comprehensive and current knowledge of market research, industry trends, sales, and negotiating principles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Develop strategy for digital engagement
Involved in IT decisions to create efficiency and automated customer engagement.
Understanding of RevOps and Sales Ops Tools and practices
