Monitor the Alumni Career & Professional Development email inbox, responding to common inquiries (e.g., service overview, PCO account assistance), assigning resume reviews to volunteer coaches, and delegating other emails for response from the Assistant Director or Director. Manage the DU Alumni LinkedIn group, including approving member requests and posting content to promote Alumni Career & Professional Development programming. Prior experience does not have to have been paid work; student organizations, volunteering, and other experience counts. Preferred Qualifications Interest in or experience with program planning or event management. Interest in or experience with marketing and communications, which may include: website management and/or social media management, particularly WordPress and LinkedIn; video editing; audio transcription; blog writing and/or editing; and/or other related communications skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with quickly learning and adapting to new software. Demonstrated attention to detail.
