**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**

AgRevolution is looking for a Regional Technology Advisor located in the **Corydon, Indiana** area. This position is responsible for the repair of precision agricultural machinery and equipment, component assemblies, and parts in the shop, including testing, diagnosing, evaluating, troubleshooting, parts ordering, technical report writing, warranty reporting, maintaining care of company assets, and proper communication with others.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:**

+ Install Precision Planting retrofit components.

+ Support OEM installed Precision Farming components on new equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair Precision Farming systems.

+ Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold within the dealerships area of responsibility.

+ Support sales staff in quoting of Precision Planting products on new machine quotes.

+ Sell and promote Precision Farming products.

+ Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.

+ Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of the dealership.

+ Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.

+ Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.

+ Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

+ Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING:**

Understanding of Precision Farming Technologies

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills

General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred

**A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:**

+ Associate Degree in Diesel or Equipment Technology or four (4) Years of apprenticeship experience is preferred.
