As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help support business decisions. Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Collecting and interpreting complex data sets from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Conducting advanced analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using statistical tools and software, such as Python or R.
  • Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.
  • Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
  • Mentoring junior data analysts and assisting with their development.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a technology or business field.
  • Strong experience in statistical analysis and data modeling, with proficiency in SQL programming and statistical software, such as R, Python, Tableau, Power BI,SAS, and/or data visualization.
  • Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
  • Demonstrate strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Key Metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
