Job Overview:

  • The Data Quality Lead Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all data sourced and provisioned meet stringent data quality standards.
  • This role involves leading initiatives to assess, evaluate, and improve data quality across the organization by setting controls, guidelines, and metrics.
  • The analyst will collaborate with various teams to address and remediate data concerns while supporting the strategic vision of senior management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Governance: Lead efforts to measure, report, and improve data quality through dashboards, strategies, and processes.
  • Data Improvement Initiatives: Manage and execute data improvement projects aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to address data challenges and consumption demands.
  • Issue Management: Analyze and resolve data quality issues through established processes.
  • Metrics Optimization: Oversee activities to enhance the metrics reporting process.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations, uphold company values, and transparently manage control issues.
