Recovery Resources is searching for an HR Generalist who is interested in continuing to grow their career. In this position you'll provide the highest level of full life cycle recruiting services, process payroll, collaborate on management of the HRIS, assist with various HR-related projects and overall employee engagement. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term HR vision, business acumen and personal organization is required. This position is a core member of the HR team, independent contributor in the operations leadership team and will be an invaluable resource for employees.
