Overview:We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator PC to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and will be responsible for ensuring that clients within caseload are receiving approved services on an ongoing basis and Personal Care Attendants are paid properly and promptly.
- Ensure clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants; and assisting with scheduling and completing PCA hires as needed.
- Verify and enter PCAs worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system regularly to ensure their worked hours are entered and verified by Payroll cut off.
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidates location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range - $15/hr to $17/hr
About You:- Verify and enter PCAs worked hours in the appropriate timekeeping system regularly to ensure their worked hours are entered and verified by Payroll cut off.
- Ensure clients receive all approved service hours by locating and scheduling PCAs and/or Special Attendants; and assisting with scheduling and completing PCA hires as needed.
- Complete necessary correspondence including Service Interruption, Suspensions and Service Delivery issues.
