Human Resources Coordinator CREOKS Health Services Join to apply for the Human Resources Coordinator role at CREOKS Health Services. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and present benefits presentation for new hire orientation by explaining plan options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment deadlines. Provide support for new hires during new hire enrollment window, including scheduling one?on?one sessions if requested. Process new hire benefit enrollments, including sending COBRA Rights Notice and ensuring appropriate documentation is uploaded to the HR database. Process dependents aging off plans on a monthly basis and send COBRA continuation documents. Manage Workers Compensation claims, working with insurance carriers, tracking employee recovery, and facilitating return?to?work. Process continuation of benefit invoices for separations. Assist the Benefits Manager with annual open enrollment, including reviewing benefit guidebook, attending employee meetings/webinars, answering incoming employee questions, and processing enrollments when the window closes. Other duties as assigned. Onboarding Provide necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all Spring Creek locations. Serve as a point of contact for new recruits, addressing their questions and concerns, and managing the onboarding process. Process new hire onboarding paperwork, ensuring compliance with federal/state and DHS regulations. Facilitate seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with hiring managers, IT, and other departments to ensure new hires are onboarded successfully. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication and auditing skills. Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently. Attention to detail to coordinate and manage multiple processes simultaneously. Ability and flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees. Required experience using HRIS systems; iSolved People Cloud experience preferred.
