This role will work across multiple modules supporting the design, configuration, and administration of our teammate-centric systems and applications. You will serve as a subject matter expert in business process management, report writing, data management, data extraction, and integration. A day in the life You will be responsible for the following: Gather requirements from People & Talent leadership and HR process owners; have complete understanding of business processes across the organization and focus on continuous improvement. Manage system configuration to automate manual processes; identify and define system and process improvement opportunities. Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities. Train the People & Talent team, develop and contribute to the appropriate trainings for end users, and provide day-to-day teammate support and training. Responsible for optimization strategy, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of all HR information systems. Maintain data across all people systems, monitor the data for trends, develop HR analytics viewpoint, and make recommendations for system or process changes based on data analysis. Responsible for automating and providing reports with crucial HR metrics to the HR leadership (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly). Lead routine testing and auditing, proactively monitor new features released by Workday, and advocate for appropriate adoption plans. Liaison between vendors, People & Talent, and internal IT teams, and collaborate across the People & Talent and IT team to analyze and document current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve efficiency and identify additional opportunities for automation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4-6 years of Workday HR system work experience Do you stand above the rest?
