We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position involves providing in-person speech and language therapy services to students for a school district near Smyrna, DE. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized education plans based on assessment results. Provide direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals. Work with early childhood and elementary aged children. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. Delaware state license (or eligible for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. CF are welcome to apply. Mentoring and supervision provided. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate starting at $75 per hour with a $2500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days.
