Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

St. John Community allows older adults to move through a continuum of care from residential living to skilled nursing, depending on the need. When you provide care for older adults, youre helping families keep the people they love healthy, happy and safe. We encourage job growth and advancement opportunities while providing flexibility to meet your individual needs.

Directs, through unit coordinators and staff/charge nurses, the activities of the nursing staff. Develops and maintains nursing service objectives. Clinical Coordinators working off shifts act as supervisor to all disciplines. Daylight Clinical Coordinators act as supervisor to all disciplines at St. John.

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two years long term care experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Current RN license.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
