Job Title: Contract Specialist
Duration: 6 months Contract-to-Hire | W2 only
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Need locals only, Must be onsite Tues-Thurs.).
Pay rate: $32 /HR - $36/HR on W2 (negotiable)

Job Description:
  • Document and track the lifecycle of each client agreement and contract using Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
  • Draft assigned client agreements timely to meet internal SLAs
  • Triage agreement and contract requests to team members for handling
  • Process onboarding agreements and forms, ensuring that the documentation has been received completely and accurately. Work with Client Implementation and Account Management to obtain any missing or incomplete/incorrect documentation, keeping track of where we are in the process for each client. Onboarding agreements and forms will need to be processed timely to meet internal SLAs
  • Process requests for access to PHI, ensuring that the appropriate agreements are in place prior to approving
  • Attend meetings with internal business partners, giving then updates on status of agreements/contracts/forms for each client
Skills:
  • Advanced competency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF editor.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Detail oriented and very organized, as there are multiple documents/contracts/agreements required for each client, and accurate tracking of status and lifecycle of each is needed
  • Able to work independently to complete tasks
  • Able to provide direction to various levels internally and cross-functionally
  • Previous technical, legal, or contracts writing experience preferred
  • Experience in health insurance preferred
