Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping and are capable of handling full-cycle accounting tasks, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process payroll.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts balance.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
