LAGENCE, a premium fashion brand, is looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Social Media Manager with a passion for telling brand stories and building community with a pulse on cultural events. LAGENCE is distributed globally to retailers such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Shopbop, Revolve, Harrods, Net-A-Porter, as well as lagence.com, and our retail stores on Melrose Place, Madison Avenue, Malibu and Beverly Hills.

Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a creative and strategic social media presence across all social media outlets that showcases the unique identity of the LAGENCE brand and establishes a strong connection with our community. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies across all social platforms, with KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop creative campaign concepts and strategic plans for social media outlets to effectively launch and promote our brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target audience engagement.
  • Develop social media content calendars considering business goals and objectives including but not limited to Brand Marketing Calendar, campaigns, events, and retail activations etc.
  • Ideate, develop, and submit creative + influencer briefs to align with Marketing Strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with channel owners to develop clear and integrated social media strategy for global initiatives.
  • Set goals and KPIs (with Global Brand Marketing Director) and report monthly on performance across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Develop, implement, and manage innovative ideas and promotions to drive brand awareness and growth to organic social channels.
  • Use web and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign success and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Leverage data, insights, trends, and best practices to inform social creative and copy development with special attention to brand authenticity, tone, and voice.
  • Work closely with Influencer Marketing to integrate influencer and collaborator stories and content creation to align with the Go-To-Market calendar and other opportunities.
  • Track emerging organic social trends and identify new, innovative ways to evolve social strategy, grow the audience and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Create monthly reporting for social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing social media for an established brand
  • Expert knowledge in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Experience using third party social media platforms such as DashHudson, Planoly, etc.
