Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Salary: $70k-$85k, Full-time

Trademark Beauty is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in West Hollywood. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a dynamic social media presence that aligns with our brand's identity and enhances our connection with the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that is aligned with our brand objectives and audience targets. Innovate and brainstorm new ideas and directions for social content and marketing campaigns.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee the social media calendar to ensure alignment across teams and consistency in go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Develop GTM calendars for brand activations, product launches, and ongoing business needs.
  • Content Creation: Create, develop, produce, and edit engaging content that resonates with our audience, staying ahead of trends to ensure relevancy. This role will focus primarily on organic content but will also support paid creative and influencer collaborations.
  • Platform Management: Manage daily operations of all social media channels, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Execute strategies to grow and engage our community, maintaining an integrated approach across all channels. Actively respond to comments and collaborate with creators.
  • Influencer & Partnerships: Collaborate with colleagues on influencer management and partnership ideation as part of the overall GTM strategy.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on performance metrics across platforms and campaigns, analyzing engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain strong communication and manage multiple projects with colleagues across the organization, including the founders, and also teams outside of the office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media for an established brand.
  • Expertise in major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Proficient in content creation and community management.
  • Familiarity with third-party social media tools like Sprout Social, Planoly, Later, etc.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage social media in real-time with minimal oversight.
  • Experience in video creation, photo editing, and other content creation tools.
  • Prior experience with influencer marketing is highly desirable.
