- Communicate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
- **Receptionist Duties**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content, including posts, stories, and updates across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely responses.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with kitchen and bath industry products or a willingness to learn.
