**We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in Richmond, BC.**

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Branch Manager for the Richmond operations. Reporting to the NDT Division Manager, this position is responsible for NDT, Visual and Heat Treat operations originating from the Regional Head Office located in Richmond, BC, and supervises the Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving functions for the Pacific Region.

The Richmond Operations has long been the region's flagship and is often called upon to support other local operations (Engineering and Lab, Field Engineering Services, Asset Integrity, and Pipeline Integrity). The Richmond Branch Manager has a complete understanding of Acuren's range of technical services to appropriately deploy resources and clients' specialized needs to fulfill service requirements effectively.

The successful candidate will meet the following Technical Requirements:

* CGSB Level 2 certification in MT, PT, and at least one of RT or UT

* CSA W178.2 Level 2 (preference given to Level 3 with Supervision experience)

* Minimum of 5 years NDT/Visual Experience; minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

* Preference will be given to candidates with current API certifications and/or Advanced Ultrasonics/Radiography methods

The successful candidate will possess the following Abilities and Attributes:

* Customer Focus - building solid relationships with local clients and growing existing operations.

* Personnel Development - solid coaching and mentoring skills in technical guidance, direction, mentoring, training, and skills development.

* Collaboration - will work closely within a team of Branch and Site Managers.

* Self Starter - the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure with minimal supervision

* Project management the ability to propose, plan, implement, manage and evaluate projects, combined with the art of managing people.

* Technical Writing - expertise in the review/approval of technical reports and records.

* Compliance - assist Compliance Managers in investigating and documenting near misses, safety incidents, and non-conformances.

* Computer Skills - strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

* Field Presence occasional field support and availability to work extended hours as required
