Job Title: Manager, Customer Strategic Marketing Job Location: Providence, RI (Hybrid) Job Duration: 3 months on W2

Description: We immediately need a fun, hardworking, and creative marketing strategist to join our Grocery and Drug Channel team In this highly valued role, you will be tasked with leading the strategy, development, and execution of branded retail programs. With a solid knowledge of marketing and merchandising, you will facilitate and drive the relevancy of brands. Additionally, you will prompt in-store purchases through compelling, persuasive displays that will interrupt the grocery and drugstore consumer along with their shopper experience. • Become a specialist in three critical areas: retail/shopper knowledge, program execution, and internal collaboration between sales and brand marketing. • Serve as the Grocery and drug store shopper specialist using data and insights that support the creation of innovative programs and omnichannel promotions. • Develop, coordinate, and lead marketing presentations both internally and externally to the customer, Global support teams, and Senior Leadership. • Partner with client licensors (Disney, Paramount, Universal, and Sony) as well as licensees, to drive collaborative promotions against entertainment events, product launches, and seasonal activations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and innovate the display planning and development process to bring relevant, innovative toy/game solutions that align with our Grocery and Drug Channel account strategies. • Lead multiple trade activation budgets and supervise financial measurement and analysis against marketing programming. • Assist in leading the coordination of various, large audience events i.e., customer previews/line reviews, the industry's annual Toy Fair event and internal sales and marketing meetings. • Establish yourself as a Customer Marketing specialist by sharing key insights, competitive findings and industry news with Senior Leadership, US Marketing, and Global Development teams on an ongoing basis while driving collaboration among such cross-functional partners. • Serve as an ambassador to the Grocery and Drug Channel team by relentlessly encouraging our values, being an advocate for change and crafting breakthrough strategies that drive client long-term growth

Required Skills:

Experience with the development of fully coordinated retail programs and consumer promotions. Excellent communication skills: ability to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to internal and external partners. A strong ability to influence others to adopt your recommendations. Outstanding presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of corporate financials. Positive relationship-building and project management skills. A self-starter is willing to try new things and think differently. Required Education • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • MBA strongly preferred.

Required Years of Experience • Ideally, Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
