Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as an Administrative Support & Marketing/CRM Coordinator in the Northeast (RI) office of Strategic Retirement Partners. The role is located in Providence, RI, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Administrative Support & Marketing/CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the Northeast retirement plan and wealth team, as well as managing and coordinating the marketing and CRM activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating marketing projects and events, updating and organizing our CRM system (Dynamics & RedTail), updating and organizing our marketing collateral, creating marketing collateral, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in marketing software (ex: Canva) and social media (LinkedIn)
  • Experience organizing, populating and maintaining CRM software (e.g., Dynamics & RedTail)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
