We are looking for a Vehicle Inventory Specialist to join the accounting team. The Vehicle Inventory Specialist works closely with the sales department team to ensure vehicles from dealer trades and manufacturers are purchased into accounting in a timely manner. You will also monitor and maintain vehicle systems and scheduled for accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate user of Excel

The successful candidate will be accurate and methodical in handling and processing dealer trades, pre-stocking new factory vehicles and purchasing new factory vehicles including receipting checks, issuing checks, and maintaining and reconciling receivable schedules. Additional duties include auditing documents for accuracy, making accounting postings and reconcile accounts. Familiarity with auto dealership accounting process is preferred. You will maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality and have a working knowledge of PC operations and applications.

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
