On-site (Distribution Center in Mooresville, IN) The Role Provides strategic & operational leadership for the Indiana distribution campus managing one of our largest, most strategic brands, overseeing campus optimization and fulfillment operations. Responsible for leading the operations teams to deliver world-class performance while continuing to build the operational teams and infrastructure to scale in support of Deckers’ strategic initiatives to drive growth, optimize our operations, improve service, maintain safety, control costs and mitigate risk. Within the Indiana Campus, they will be responsible for leading effective teams, implementing operational strategy and continuing to evolve processes and systems in partnership with other NA Distribution and SC leaders. Empowered to make decisions and drive results with their operational departments, they will be accountable for all site-level operational KPIs (safety, service levels, cost per unit, quality, % to sales) and responsible for working with a broad set of distribution, facilities, engineering, supply chain, IT and commercial stakeholders to facilitate the development and testing of new, innovative operational solutions to meet the supply chain’s goals of safety, speed, quality and throughput. Ability to thrive in the complexity of a multi-channel distribution center needing to respond quickly to the rapid timeline demanded by the changing retail landscape and ongoing supply chain disruption. A senior member of both the Global Supply Chain and North America Regional Operations teams, offering key support representing NA regional Distribution initiatives and creating partnerships with global stakeholders to facilitate the progression of existing ways of working We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity.
