The Customer Experience Centre at Autoglass is a key function within our Customer Journey. Our friendly and people-focused team are carefully selected, nurtured and trained to ensure that customers interacting with Autoglass receive a world-class customer experience and a personalised service thats right for them.

As part of an energetic, service-driven team youll be based at home, but youll have regular opportunities for positive interaction with your wider team.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering service excellence is key to this role; whether dealing with customers via phone or email.

Youll be fully trained on how to use our bespoke booking system to allocate work to our 1000+ strong team of technicians right across the UK.

Your training will be office-based and will be delivered over 4 weeks by our dedicated Training team, so its best that you live within a commutable distance to our office in Bedford. Well make sure you have the knowledge, confidence; and on-going support that you need, empowering you to deal with any situation.

As the team works Monday to Sunday; we have a number of shift patterns we can offer from days to evenings and weekends. During a typical 6-week rota youll get 2 full weekends off. Well always give you your rota in advance so you can plan your time off effectively and make the most of your work-life balance.

Well provide all the equipment, training and support thats needed to give your career with Autoglass a great start It's a busy role, so you'll need to be organised and have a dedicated space to work from, with a secure, wired internet connection.

Based at home, youll be part of a large team of advisors; and youll help customers with online bookings, telephone calls and email enquiries.

Although youll work remotely, youll always be connected to your manager and your colleagues through technology. Well also check in with you throughout the week with meetings, huddles, one-to-ones, and informal chats, to support your wellbeing and make sure youre up to date with all the information you need.

**Benefits include:**

Starting rate 9.60 per hour, then after 6 months following performance and attendance the rate will increase to 10.11 per hour

Eligible for monthly bonus scheme following 6 months within the role.

Up to 15% pension contributions - based on employee contribution of 5%

28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
