Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers with issues related to their accounts and troubleshoot problems.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
