Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with issues related to their accounts and troubleshoot problems.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
