As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, managing Coyote's full-cycle recruitment process, and building relationships with universities, local organizations, and current employees to meet business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must ensure that Coyote maintains a robust and dynamic candidate pipeline while staying ahead of labor market trends.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process- sourcing applicants, managing communication, and making placements for internal and external roles.
  • Accountable for fulfilling monthly recruiting targets and hire quality.
  • Utilize Coyote's ATS system (Workday) to track and communicate with applicants.
  • Craft an exceptional candidate experience through phone, virtual, and in-office interviews.
  • Sell Coyote through passionate communication, sharp presentation skills, and thorough knowledge of our offerings.
  • Source new talent pipelines, including active and passive candidates, through recruiting platforms, social media, research, and networking.
  • Build relationships with universities (career centers, professors, student organizations) and local organizations.
  • Travel up to 20% per year.
