The basics of this position:

Develop, design, and deliver customized, non-credit training curriculum for business and industry partners. Facilitate classroom training in person and virtually. Specific topics include but are not limited to:

* Leadership
* Employee and Team Development
* Continuous Improvement and Lean
* Safety and Quality
* Technical Training

What you'll do:

  • Prepare materials for delivery from an approved program. May customize materials to meet the identified performance needs of the client.
  • Deliver instruction in a classroom setting for both and in person and virtual formats.
  • May consult with clients to identify strategic opportunities, assess business and performance needs, and design and implement solutions required to enhance the performance of people and organizations.
  • Additional deliverables include, but are not limited to class rosters, worksheets, handouts, course evaluations, and certificates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, experience, and other requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent +1-year experience, or Associates Degree or equivalent +3 years
experience or 5 years' experience, Industry recognized credential may be required.

Industry and/or training certification(s) desired, e.g. CQA, ATD, ISO auditing, Six Sigma, OSHA
DDI.

Industry certification(s) in related field(s).
