The Superintendent is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. They ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. They directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

Superintendent Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
      • 5+ Years of proven construction experience
      • 5+ years Successful leadership of smaller projects or an area of a larger heavy civil project
      • 2+ years experience with change order and ticket management
      • 5+ years experience with craft field crew/subcontractor oversite
      • 2+ years experience with schedule updates and look ahead schedules
      • 2+ years experience with reading and delivering on plans and specs
