Headquartered in NYC, we have a presence in London and are looking to expand to Paris, Washington DC, San Francisco, Miami, Philadelphia, Rome, Barcelona, Dubai, Istanbul and many others in the next few years.We have experienced rapid vertical and horizontal expansion over the past decade and to further the growth, we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our company.As our SVP, Marketing, you will own the planning, development, and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for our global portfolio of products and brands. You will grow and lead a high-performing department of 50+ employees responsible for driving revenue, ROI, brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.At TopView, we are result-driven. If you are ready to build something big - this is the right place for youResponsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear marketing vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead the team in executing this vision effectively. Foster a high-performance culture within the marketing department.Global Expansion: Drive the companys expansion by developing global and local strategies, creating frameworks and roadmaps for marketing initiatives, and building a highly efficient marketing department to support the growth.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through marketing activities and innovation. Set revenue targets with executive management and measure progress against those goals.Multi-Channel Marketing: Own and oversee all aspects of the companys marketing efforts, including research, performance marketing, digital and print advertising, social, email, affiliate, communications, event, OOH, branding, reputation, referrals, and others.Brand Management: Work cross functionally with Product teams to establish stories of our various brands and develop a long-term scalable brand marketing strategy based on business goals, fostering brand loyalty and recognition. Continuously monitor brand perception through market research, customer feedback, and social listening.Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product teams to implement product marketing strategies and measure product performance. Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to drive a shared roadmap, build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, and achieve revenue targets.Customer Retention: Develop strategies to retain and grow the existing customer pool by ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.Measurement and Reporting: Implement robust performance metrics and analytics to accurately measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, and provide insights to improve ROI. Provide performance reports on a regular basis to the executive management team and CEO.Forecasting and Budgeting: Perform sales forecasts based on historical data and current trends. Develop and manage marketing budgets as agreed to by the executive management team. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.Customer Insights: Achieve thorough understanding of our target audience and their needs through market research, analysis, and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable strategies.Competitive Analysis: Achieve thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, provide in-depth strategic insights to the executive management team. Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.People Management: Build and lead a high-performing and efficient department of 50+ members from VPs to Specialists. Implement KPIs for the entire marketing function, each subteam and individual position to ensure continuous growth and optimization.Operations Efficiency: Standardize processes and procedures, implement automations, and continuously optimize.Requirements:At least 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role (VP and above) in a hyper-growth environmentExperience with both ticketing platforms and experiential products is a plusExtensive experience in driving revenue growth through multi-channel marketingA proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams of 50+ members managing a portfolio of brandsExtremely revenue oriented, highly analytical, data driven, and tech savvyExceptional communication, project and change management skillsThrive in a fast paced and high pressure environmentThis position requires 50+ hours per week on averageTopView Offers Comprehensive Benefits Including:Performance bonusLong term incentive (LTI)Paid time offHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision)Pre-tax commuter benefitMoreCompensation:Base salary $300k - $375k plus bonus and LTI#J-18808-Ljbffr
