We are looking for individuals who are able to work independently and in a team environment, and who take initiative and are willing to learn all aspects of the medical billing revenue cycle. Responsibilities: Insurance verification Reviewing explanation of benefits and correspondence High volume phone calls for claims follow up Composing appeals and reviewing medical records Payment posting and writing off uncollectible accounts Requirements Current security clearance with Department of Defense preferred Working knowledge of computers such as Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to type at least 35 wpm Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with a positive attitude and professional demeanor during interaction with colleagues, military clients, patients, as well as the private health insurance representatives Candidates must be able to successfully pass an initial criminal and credit clearance and must have a current Security Clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
