Director, Workforce Analytics & Planning
Talento has partnered with a global organization headquartered in South Florida on a search for a Director to oversee a globally distributed workforce planning and analytics. This individual will utilize data driven insights to optimize workforce strategies and enhance organizational performance to ensure optimal staffing levels based off the company's operational objectives which aim to enhance guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for forecasting and proactively identifying shortages by looking at past performance and trends.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning within hospitality, theme parks, cruise lines or other industries that have an international workforce
Advanced experience and knowledge of workforce management, planning, and analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Able to build relationships, collaborate, and hold other stakeholders accountable while maintaining the overarching company goal in mind
Proven experience in operational research, people analytics, workforce analytics, or a similar role
Experience managing projects and programs
Travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy that is aligned with short and long term goals of the organization
Develop reports, dashboards, or presentations that look at workforce trends and shifts to plan for staffing needs and mitigate shortages that can impact the guest satisfaction
Work closely with operations and other stakeholders to enhance workforce utilization each year
Develop and maintain staffing models to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing labor costs and maximizing productivity
Partner with recruiting to attract top talent by providing them with data related to productivity, shortages, visas, travel, etc
