Job Reference #290315BRCityWeehawkenJob TypeFull Time Your roleThe Wealth Planning Data Analysis Manager role is responsible for managing the Wealth Planning and Financial Planning data strategy, processes and reporting. The role will report to the Head of Financial Planning Platforms and will work across the broader Wealth Planning organization. This role will provide an opportunity to utilize existing data analysis skills while gaining experience in Financial planning product management.Were looking for a Wealth Planning Data Analysis Manager to: manage the strategy, analysis and reporting of data and metrics for the Wealth planning organization develop and execute strategy for tracking wealth planning activity, sales KPIs, and impact of financial planning provide metrics connecting Wealth planning strategist activity to indicators such as revenue and net new money work on projects to improve data and further automate reporting processes and capabilities liaise with sales strategy and other partners within the organization, external financial planning vendors and internal IT partners during data projects and initiatives oversee offshore team that provides additional reporting and look for ways to continue to increase their capacity manage executive reporting and ad hoc reporting requests act as steward of wealth planning data in data warehouse support some business aspects of the financial planning platform which may include financial planning product management and risk managementYour teamYou will be working on the Financial Planning Platform team in Weehawken, NJ. This team consists of financial planning product managers focused on integrating the Wealth Planning needs of clients and financial advisors into a strategically-focused delivery of best-in-class Financial Planning solutions. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients.Your expertise have advanced skills in Excel/Access, including experience receiving large/text files and importing into Excel and Access databases; knowledge in writing advanced queries and Microsoft Access Form design have experience creating presentations to convey strategic and data driven content to senior management demonstrate strong analytic and problem-solving, communication (oral and written), time management and organizational skills and be able to multi-task have the ability to work collaboratively with others experience in Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, SQL or Visual basic a plus previous experience in the financial services industry including product management experience a plus training will be provided on the specific financial planning data, tools and processes a team player, willing to contribute to, learn from and to challenge yourself and others curious and innovative and excited to use data to drive strategy driven and excited by challenge and change ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done a self-starter with high level of energy, urgency, and personal accountability intellectually curious and willing to challenge the status quo*LI-UBSAbout usUBS is the worlds largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
