Responsibilities

Continuously lead revenue generation

Achieve profit goals, utilizing stop-management and phasing

Manage sales plan and assigned team(s)

Communicate goals and directives

Track daily progress toward sales goals, tasks and assignments

Work with other departments to accomplish necessary tasks within assigned market(s)

Effectively delegate goals and tasks among the assigned territories and teams

Coordinate sales meetings across the market territories

Organize and lead Off-Premise sales meetings

Foster good working relationships with key accounts

Manage and improve employee effectiveness in market penetration

Mediate and resolve sales representative and customer issues

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Must be 21 or older

Must have a valid drivers license

Must have a clean driving record

Excellent Customer Service skills

Outstanding Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Ability to multi-task with minimal errors

Must be a team player and work well under minimal supervision

Knowledge of safe work practices

PREFERRED

High School Diploma or GED

Previous sales management experience

Intimate knowledge of wine, beer, and the Tryon Portfolio

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Previous experience using ERP systems (Encompass highly preferred)
