*Job Description:* The main function of a Call Center Representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound outbound or a combination of both. * Take inbound calls about co-payments, ID cards, general benefits and eligibility questions *Qualifications:* * 2 years of Call Center Customer Service experience. Healthcare preferred, not required We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
