Required Skills:
Architect efficient and reusable systems that drive complex AR/VR applications or other 3D experiences.
Build technologies and SDKs that empower developers to create compelling experiences.
Expand the reach of our products by integrating Meta’s technology into additional platforms and frameworks, such as game engines.
Lead collaboration with both internal and external partners to drive successful product outcomes.
Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:
Working on or shipping a professional game or 3D interactive product
C++ or C# programming
Interfacing with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Software development tools: Code editors (VIM, Emacs, MS Visual Studio, or Visual Studio Code), and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce)
Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like OS including file manipulation and simple commands
Applying algorithms and core computer science concepts to real world systems as evidenced by recognizing and matching patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems.
Public Compensation:
$206,840/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits
