Provide sales and operational leadership to the assigned region

Develop marketing and pricing strategies which provide sustainable and profitable market share growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s Degree in Agronomy/Agribusiness or another related field or 5+ years of successful leadership experience within the industry

Valid driver s license, with acceptable driving record

Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills

Previous Management Experience

Ability to quickly establish and cultivate relationships, both internally and externally

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Flexibility to handle situations as they occur, while adhering to company policies

Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge relevant to the job and industry

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
