The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for calling and appointment setting of prospects at franchised dealerships across the country for our Sales Team. The ideal coordinator is a passionate, outgoing, and competitive person who can excel in a high paced, teamwork-oriented environment.

What you will do:

* Meet a quota of 60+ outbound calls and emails per day consisting of previously assigned work leads (warm/hot leads)

* Document and manage daily/weekly activities in CRM (salesforce.com)

* Monitor and report on Lead Pipeline results

* Coordinate across multiple business units

* Be able to comprehend and tell the story that highlights MAX Digitals competitive advantages and superior ROI for new IMS leads

What you should have:

* Proven history of meeting quotas consistently along with a strong background in engaging conversations with decision makers

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* 1+ year Lead Generation/Sales Development, Marketing or Inside Sales experience

* 1+ years working in a SaaS software or related business is preferred

* Moderate knowledge in salesforce.com or equivalent
