Responsibilities include assessment, development, implementation, and management of outpatient services. Under the guidance of UHS Corporate Outpatient Department this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Site Leadership – clinical and operational
  • Responsible for the management and oversight of all employees
  • Organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff, both clinical and clerical
  • Curriculum and Service Line Development
  • Group Facilitation and Observation to ensure curriculum integrity is maintained
  • Referral management, assessments, group facilitation and direct individual client contact
  • Interdisciplinary treatment team communication
  • Direct client encounters
  • Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
  • Manage and provide routine reports as requested
  • Fiscal responsibilities and corporate deadlines
  • Census management
  • Safe Work Environment with positive and healthy culture

About Thousand Branches Wellness:

Situated in the North Loop, Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy. A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness is seeking an experienced Clinic Director to support the building of a new program and oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier clinic. Under the guidance of the UHS Corporate Outpatient Department, this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher
  • Active TX license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • Able to provide clinical supervision
  • 3-5 years of behavioral healthcare experience
