Job Summary

The Account Manager will be Enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent project management skills, strong communication skills. Excellent account management and written reporting skills, reporting to a wide range of clients and helping actively retain and develop the client relationship and income to Montgomery & Graham, Inc.

Duties And Responsibilities

Manage assigned clients by acting as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers. Market new and existing accounts for new business brought in by Producers or existing accounts to renewal. Assist in retaining clients through excellent customer service which includes open and clear communication with clients, producers, general agents and insurance carriers. Ensure accurate and timely responses between all parties. Process transactional changes for clients as necessary Identify problems, summarize, develop and communicate solutions with regards to all aspects of the insurance process and utilization. Renew existing and install new group insurance contracts utilizing resources to match client needs. Educate, advise and aid clients on all insurance topics and compliance while staying current on industry and product changes. As needed, prepare materials for client and open enrollment meetings including but not limited to carrier educational materials, PowerPoint presentations, reports and forms (enrollment and implementation). Maintain the agency database for assigned clients. Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience as an Account Manager Clean written and verbal communications Ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Great multi-tasking skills Must have an amazing, positive attitude Life and Health license in OR

Competitive and commensurate with experience
