Entry Level Accounting Analyst

$20.00/hr.

Job Summary - Vaco is working with a Distribution Company and they have an opening for an Entry Level Accounting Analyst. TheAccounting Analystis responsible for the daily billing of fuel loads to customers, invoicing, reconciliations, and freight processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to carrier backup
  • Review order and inventory information and ensure its accuracy
  • Rectify discrepancies
  • Carefully review freight screen
  • Billing processes
  • Enter all types of Accounts Receivable invoices

Essentials/Education -
  • B.S. in Accounting/Finance
  • 0-1 years of experience in invoice and billing processes
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to manage fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently
