Global Sales Director

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with strong business finance acumen and relevant commercial (Sales or Business Development) experience in food ingredients and preferably in plant-derived sweeteners. Entrepreneurial and resilient attitude with the ability to establish connections at various levels (from R&D / NPD scientists to customers). Ability to work with stakeholders of various profiles internally, with clients and external partners & Suppliers. Ability to travel (principally in the Americas and to a more limited extent in Europe). English proficiency is a must. Attention to details and performance-driven. Responsibilities Lead commercial activities globally for selected Channels. Lead our business development activities with markets to continuously assess opportunities and potential gaps and initiate actions to address them. Develop new business opportunities. Combine strategic thinking with the ability to develop a coherent strategy and implement execution plans.
