Talent Acquisition Professional

Midtown, 3x a week.

We are seeking a talent acquisition professional to support our client's Business Professionals team as they continue to scale their international law firm. We seek this professional to have 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition within a law firm environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and hire top talent to support the business professional team.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers across different business services areas.
  • Define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Track recruitment metrics and accurately manage candidate data in the firm's ATS.
  • Implement best practices in interviewing and selection processes, from application to onboarding.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the law industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and a strong understanding of industry trends and required skills within the law industry.
  • Experience with Taleo.

This role will require an in-office presence 3x a week in Midtown.
