Job Summary

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including ocean & air freight, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.

Proven experience in managing inbound and outbound shipments on a domestic and international scale.

Proficiency in logistics software and systems.

Ensure compliance with EHTP, EOU & DTA scheme regulations and guidelines.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHTP, EOU,DTA scheme activities In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Logistics Operations Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, with a key focus on ocean freight for outbound shipments. Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

EHTP, EOU & DTA Scheme Compliance Ensure compliance with EHTP & DTA scheme regulations and guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHTP scheme activities.

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, finance) to align logistics activities with business goals. Customs and Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting logistics and trade. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and report on logistics performance metrics, including delivery times, costs, and service quality. Analyse logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Adhering to compliance needs & deliverables

Team Leadership and Development: Participate in Reginal Logistics meetings to gain key insights from Regional logistics team and also update KPIs, Best Practices Lead and develop the logistics team, providing training and guidance as needed. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team. Dimension & Scope

PSS / PWS / RAS / RMT / Flow business in EEEC Engineering hours responsibility of 200K + hours and / or a workforce of 50+ Internal Customers: FSO Directors, EEEC VP and Management team, Local HR & Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, BU directors External Customers: Sub-Contractors, EPC's, End Customers (for FAT), ISO and other auditors, local suppliers Who You Are: You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain. For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within an EHTP scheme or similar industrial setup. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
